Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Indexer Online website at indxer.online and the application at app.indxer.online (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Indexer Online lets you submit URLs so that they are sent for crawling by search engines, and shows you a report with the result of each URL. Indexing decisions are made solely by search engines such as Google. We do not guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, ranked or stay indexed. Reports reflect the information available to us at the time a link is checked.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
• You may not share, sell or transfer your account, or create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.

3. Credits

• Each unique URL submitted in a campaign uses 1 credit. Credits are deducted when the campaign is created, regardless of whether the URL is later indexed.
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Free credits for new accounts are a promotional offer that we may change or withdraw at any time.

4. Payments

• We accept payments via PayPal and USDT (TRC20 / BEP20). Prices are shown in US dollars.
• After paying, you submit your transaction ID in the dashboard. Credits are added after we verify the payment. We may reject payments that cannot be verified, do not match the package amount, or appear fraudulent.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by PayPal, your bank or the blockchain network, and for sending USDT on the correct network to the correct address. Payments sent to a wrong address or network may not be recoverable.
• We may change package prices at any time. Changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

5. Refunds

All purchases are final. Please read our Refund Policy before buying credits.

6. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs that you have the right to promote. You must not submit links to or use the Service for:

• Gambling, casino, betting, lottery or sweepstakes websites
• Insurance websites and insurance lead-generation pages
• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity
• Malware, phishing, scams, fake shops or any deceptive pages
• Hacked or compromised websites, or pages you have no right to promote
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of others

You also must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use automated means to create accounts. We may remove campaigns that violate these rules without notice.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, submit prohibited content, file a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback, or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. Credits in a suspended or closed account for these reasons are forfeited. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@indxer.online.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will achieve any particular search engine result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indexer Online will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, rankings, traffic or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Indexer Online harmless from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the URLs you submit, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
