Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Indexer Online (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use indxer.online and app.indxer.online (the “Service”). We collect only what we need to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and your password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form).
• Campaign data: the campaign names and URLs you submit, their indexing status and your credit history.
• Payment information: the package you buy, the amount, the payment method (PayPal or USDT) and the transaction ID you submit. We do not receive or store card or bank details; payments are processed by PayPal or on the blockchain.
• Technical information: your IP address is used temporarily to protect the Service against abuse (for example limiting login attempts), and standard server logs may record IP addresses, browser information and errors.

2. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. Your browser’s local storage keeps basic account details (such as your email and credit balance) so the dashboard loads faster; it is cleared when you log out. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account, including email verification and password resets
• To process your campaigns and show you indexing reports
• To verify payments and add credits to your account
• To send service emails, such as verification, password reset and payment confirmation emails
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to enforce our Terms of Service

We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Who we share information with

• Indexing service providers: the URLs you submit are sent to third-party providers that request crawling from search engines. Only the URLs are shared, not your email address.
• Hosting and email providers: our website, database and email delivery run on third-party infrastructure that processes data on our behalf.
• Payment providers: PayPal and the relevant blockchain network process your payment under their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5. Data retention

We keep your account, campaign and payment records for as long as your account exists. Payment records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Temporary security data such as rate-limit records is deleted automatically.

6. Your rights and choices

You can request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing support@indxer.online from the email address of your account. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we will honor those requests as required. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, secure session cookies and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
